Investors and Bank Lender Client's also have an accurate estimate of repair costs to cure and cost to benefit ratio;

Nancy, provides her knowledge and experience as office manager with a background in accounting and as a former HUD closer for the State of Kansas (1991-1993)in processing your transactions with timely and accurate performance. Together we mix a variety of high tech and high touch activities to locate buyers for our clients reducing holding costs to provide efficient closings. Our investment in wireless and internet interconnectability at the local, state and national level provides you with a seasoned team that is responsive to your needs;

We are MLS members of the South Central Kansas and Arkansas City Multiple Listing Services, the Wichita Area Association of Realtors and the Kansas and National Association of Realtors. I have been involved in the USD - 261 Valley Center, KS - as Wheatland parent representative and as a Park City town council subcommitee member on Senior Housing. I work very closely with McConnell AFB, the Kansas Air National Guard and the U.S. Army and am thankful to all the Veterans who have and continue to serve and protect us and our country.
